Refund policy
EFUNDS AND RETURNS
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Please ensure you make your selection carefully and review your order prior to purchasing.
In the rare event that the product arrives to you and is damaged, please email hello@glvrbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving the product, with images/video, and we will assess the issue with view to replace the product or product a refund (where we agree the issue is a manufacturing fault).
If the parcel has been damaged during transit, this will then be the responsibility of carrying postal service e.g. Australia Post, and any claims will need to be managed directly through them.
